The kitchen is run by our amazing Head Chef Tej, with 10 years of experience and an incredible talent when it comes to cooking Italian cuisine. His skills and the passion we all share for Italian food mean you can look forward to an extraordinary culinary experience. All our pasta, breads and gelato are made fresh in-house to ensure the highest quality from starters to dessert!
The other half of this talented team is Shuchi. With an MBA (Master of Business Administration) under her belt, honed by the multi-tasking masterclass of raising two kids under five, she’s in charge of running the rest of the operation.
